Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Warranty Autofill for HVAC Chrome extension and the related Jobber integration (together, the "Service"), provided by Rustam Iuldashov ("we", "us"). By installing or connecting the Service you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service does

The Service helps you keep track of equipment that needs warranty registration and fills in manufacturer registration forms in your browser. You review every form and submit it yourself. The Service never submits registrations, accepts manufacturer terms, or signs anything on your behalf.

2. Your responsibilities

• Check that the information in each form is correct before you submit it.
• Register equipment within each manufacturer's deadline. Deadlines shown in the Service are reminders based on published warranty terms and may change; the manufacturer's terms always prevail.
• Have the right to share your customers' information with manufacturers for warranty registration.
• Keep your extension key private and use the Service in line with the manufacturer websites' terms.

3. No affiliation

Warranty Autofill is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Jobber or by any equipment manufacturer. Brand names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility. Manufacturer websites can change at any time, which may temporarily affect form filling.

4. Plans, payment, cancellation and refunds

• Free plan: filling forms for up to 3 different jobs per calendar month. A job is one set of equipment; filling the same job again counts once.
• Pro plan: US $29 per month, unlimited jobs, billed monthly in advance until you cancel.
• Orders are processed by Freemius, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Freemius takes the payment (card or PayPal) in US dollars, adds sales tax or VAT where required, and issues your invoices.
• You can cancel at any time with the Cancel button in the extension's side panel or by email. Cancelling stops future charges; Pro stays active until the end of the month you have paid for.
• If a monthly charge fails, Pro stays active for 3 more days, then your account returns to the Free plan.
• If you were charged by mistake or the Pro plan did not work for you, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for warranty coverage decisions made by manufacturers, missed registrations, or errors in submitted forms. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

6. Ending use

You can stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension and disconnecting it in Jobber. We may suspend access if the Service is misused. Data handling after you stop is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
