Warranty Autofill for HVAC

Cancel any time

Open the Warranty Autofill side panel in Chrome and press Cancel next to your Pro plan (press it twice to confirm). Or email hello@mi-companion.com and we will cancel it for you within one business day.

• Cancelling stops all future charges.
• Pro stays on until the end of the month you have already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan (3 jobs a month).
• Your "To register" list and deadlines keep working on the Free plan.

Refunds

If you were charged by mistake, or the Pro plan did not work for you, email hello@mi-companion.com within 14 days of the charge. Include your company name and the date of the charge. We refund the full amount to the card or PayPal account you paid with. Banks usually show the refund within 5–10 business days.

Currency

You are charged in US dollars by Freemius, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Refunds are made in the same amount of US dollars to the card or PayPal account you paid with. Invoices are available in the Freemius customer portal linked from your receipt email.
